The Untamed North
The Untamed North refers to entire region of Brimdenn that lies to the north of Harden's Wall. As the name suggests, it is a wild and perilous land with few ‘civilised’ folk and many dark secrets. Amongst the people that dwell there are the Kornovii and Agrovii Tribes (the former being less barbarous than the latter) - but these are but the southernmost of its inhabitants, and thus the most commonly encountered.

Alucinor
The island of Alucinor (or Mistól as the elves name it) lies off the south-western coast of Brimdenn, and is the westernmost haven of the elves east of The Endless Sea. The island itself has a sheltered bay upon the eastern side, and located there is the small harbour of Habad (which men later translated to 'Litoreus' in their own tongue). Here the elven shipwrights are said to weave their magic about their creations, all within sight of the holy mountain upon which is situated the Thavan-Anor ('Sol Fala' in the archaic language of men) - an ancient monument to the god Soldeus (he who the elves name Anoraen).
The main dwellings however are Baradorn (Arbor Turris) …a magnificent settlement woven in and about the trees of the nameless wood. Many of the folk that dwell there can trace their line back to elves that once lived upon the mainland, and indeed some have kinsmen that live their still (with Lady Élrís, daughter of Prince Edennil of Olor, being the most notable).
